The Importance of Summarizing and Note-taking in the Classroom
Summarizing and Note-taking are researched based strategies that are known to increased student achievement. Even when mandated curriulums are not designed with these techniques in mind, summarizing and note-taking are strategies that can be integrated with Amplify. Notes help especially when students are absent or when they need help recalling information for remediation and/or review.
